A well-designed gate enhances your property’s security, privacy, and curb appeal. We work with you from initial design through installation, ensuring your gate complements your property’s architecture and meets your functional needs.

Gate Styles We Install

  • Sliding gates — ideal for sloped driveways or limited space
  • Swing gates — classic look, single or double leaf
  • Cantilever gates — no ground track required, smooth operation
  • Barrier arm gates — for parking lots and commercial access control

Materials

  • Wrought iron — classic elegance, extremely durable
  • Aluminum — lightweight, rust-resistant, great for coastal areas
  • Steel — maximum security and durability
  • Wood — privacy and warmth, often combined with metal frames

Designing the Right Gate

The first decision is swing versus slide. Swing gates suit level driveways with room for the leaves to open; sliding and cantilever gates work on slopes and in tight setbacks, and a cantilever gate avoids a ground track that collects debris. From there we look at material, height, infill (bars, pickets, panels or privacy slats), and whether the gate will be automated now or later, since operator mounting affects the post and frame design.

Materials for Southern California

  • Wrought iron: the classic look, extremely durable, best kept painted
  • Aluminum: lightweight and rust-resistant — our usual recommendation within 2–3 miles of the ocean, where salt air attacks steel
  • Steel: maximum strength for security and commercial gates
  • Wood: privacy and warmth, typically on a metal frame so the gate doesn’t sag

Permits and Installation

In most San Diego and Riverside County jurisdictions, gates over a certain height or with automation require a building permit; we handle the permit process. Installation includes setting posts in concrete, hanging and aligning the gate, and — for automated gates — mounting the operator, running power, and installing safety sensors and access controls. Every job is quoted in writing before work begins.

Transparent Pricing

We provide upfront pricing before any work begins. No surprises, no hidden fees.
