Springs are a wear part with a rated cycle life. Replace them on your schedule and it’s a planned visit. Wait for one to snap and it’s an emergency call, a door stuck shut, and a car you can’t get out.
Most homeowners buy springs again every seven to ten years. With Castle, if hardware we install fails through normal use, we replace the part free for as long as you own your home — so you pay for it once.
An out-of-balance door strains the opener and can fall. We set the balance after the new hardware goes on, then verify the reversing sensors.

Castle supplies the replacement part at no charge. A labor charge applies once your labor warranty ends.
Coverage runs as long as you own the home where the work was done. It can be transferred to the next homeowner for an additional fee.
