Before you replace your opener, let us see if a repair can save you money.
Not every opener problem requires a new unit. Many issues — stripped gears, failed capacitors, logic board glitches, remote programming problems — can be repaired at a fraction of replacement cost. Our technicians diagnose the issue on-site and give you an honest recommendation.
Most opener calls come down to a handful of parts. We start by checking whether the problem is actually the opener: a door that is out of balance or has a broken spring will make a healthy opener strain, stall or reverse, and replacing the opener would not fix it. Once the door checks out, we test the motor, drive gear, capacitor, logic board, safety sensors and remotes.
If the opener is under 10 years old and the repair is under half the cost of replacement, repair makes sense. If it is 15+ years old, lacks safety sensors, or needs a logic board that is no longer made, replacement is usually the better investment — and we’ll tell you which before any work starts. Opener repair starts with our $125 service call, applied toward the work. We service LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Marantec, Craftsman, Linear and all other major brands.
We provide upfront pricing before any work begins. No surprises, no hidden fees.
